2016年的新春假期天氣不錯,應該出來走春順便大吃喔!
這次來到烏來的台雞店,就在前往烏來瀑布的路上(新店區新烏路四段1號),
很容易就看到了。
外表是有點像違章建築,但其實店內陳設也不會太糟糕啦...
重點是吃飯、吃飯、吃飯!在這山區我們就專注在食物上好嗎?

竹筒飯 |
每次到山區吃野菜,我都會點竹筒飯。除了它戲劇效果夠強以外(我這個人很dramatic的),因為實在想不到有什麼地方能比在山區吃到更美味了!
竹子的香氣沁入糯米飯中,鬆軟香綿的糯米加上香菇與蝦米,真的很好吃!

炸豆腐 |
這道炸豆腐的豆腐本體是雞蛋豆腐,所以更顯得出它外酥內嫩的口感。雖然不像川菜館作的老皮嫩肉特別,但是在這種山菜餐廳也是不錯的串場。

煙燻烤雞(半隻300元) |
台雞店有名的煙燻烤雞,味道真的很不錯。煙燻味相當入味,重點是雞肉的口感夠嫩,一點也不澀。半隻雞切的大塊,吃起來很過癮呢!

溪蝦 |
坦白說我不是特別愛吃溪蝦,因為沒有肉,光吃殼跟外面裹的椒鹽調味有點心酸。但是這道倒是一份稱職的下酒菜!

炒鹹豬肉 |
這道炒鹹豬肉份量超級小,小到讓我以為是吃剩的。但是鹹豬肉、洋蔥與蒜苗搭配的極好,蔬菜中和了鹹豬肉的鹹,其實蠻好吃的!

鹹蛋苦瓜 |
炒水蓮與鹹蛋苦瓜兩道青菜都還可以,尤其水蓮份量蠻多的,還用些許肉絲提味,感覺不是只有吃水蓮這麼乏味。鹹蛋苦瓜就稍油了苦瓜也偏軟,火侯差強人意,建議可以點其他的喔。
