粉嫩的紅色肉片 |
這次跟S君來到肉大人肉鋪火鍋。這個隱密低調的涮涮鍋,最大的賣點就是有超過18種肉類的選擇。不過對我來說,從內部空間、器皿、小至菜單都有著簡約時尚的味道。雖然是涮涮鍋,卻是個有氣質的涮涮鍋呀!

菜單上有諸多選擇,可以先選湯底,副食(麵或冬粉),下一頁則是琳琅滿目的肉品。有台灣豬、西班牙豬、丹麥豬等等,當然也有牛羊雞的選擇。但是來這邊就是要吃它們的進口豬肉啦!!

湯鍋裡滿滿的料 |
我點了臺灣本土的東寶黑豬肉梅花搭酸白菜湯底。一開始先端上湯鍋,所有的料與蔬菜都已經放入湯鍋了,讓湯與煮料一起煮滾,蔬菜的養分就會留在湯裡面了。雖然我不是很喜歡把全部的料都放到湯鍋裡滾,但是座位不大,這樣也是不錯的安排。
肉大人的火鍋料其實很厲害!我難得這麼喜歡吃蛋餃!因為我不太喜歡吃火鍋餃類、魚丸花枝丸等加工品。但是肉大人的餃類都是手工作成的真材實料,味道非常好!
蘸料有點類似豆腐乳加一點點芝麻,很香。

S君點的是丹麥五花豬(好像是...)看起來蠻好的,油花比較少,吃起來比較沒負擔,但是還是我的臺灣豬比較好吃耶!

丸子拼盤 |
我們也點了一個丸子拼盤,但說是拼盤也只有三顆@_@,這樣要怎麼兩個人分?一份拼盤其實也不便宜吶!雖然好吃,但還是有點心痛。
肉大人肉鋪火鍋價位不便宜,但是卻極具特色。用料、肉品都很用心,是個不錯的涮涮鍋選擇囉!
